Dear ALC Families,

We desire to make the Gospel good news for kids and students without compromising their safety or the safety of your families. We believe this is possible yet challenging with the unknowns of Covid-19. One of the most difficult decisions we have had to face during this season is in regards to summer camps. After much prayer, conversations, and research, we have decided to cancel ALC 2020 Summer Camps. 

We still believe that every summer has a story, and even through summer camp is cancelled, ALC Family Ministries is not. Our prayer is that your family will stay connected to ALC Kids and ALC Students this summer to grow closer to Jesus as we intentionally create opportunities for that to happen. 

There is no easy way to communicate this hard news. We understand this decision creates loss, and we are grieving camp with you. We love you all and want to partner with you. Please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know how we can support you, or if you have any questions.

You may use one of two options for the camp fees you have paid: 

Option 1: Transfer your 2020 camp fees to be used as a credit towards a 2021 ALC Summer Camp registration.

Option 2: Receive a refund for your camp fees.

  • Unless we hear from you otherwise, we will automatically begin processing refunds after May 27th. 
  • Refund checks will be issued and mailed within 30 days of this email. 
  • If you need to update your mailing address, or there is a discrepancy with your refund amount, or you do not receive a refund within 30 days, please email
