Who should go?  This is a great trip for those who are currently sponsoring a child in Ecuador through Compassion International, or those who are seeking to experience their first Global Outreach trip at ALC.

Global Outreach Trip Purpose:  Our team will serve with Compassion International to learn about poverty alleviation in a developing world country.  This team will learn about the care that Compassion International provides families living in poverty and have the opportunity to be an encouragement to families, workers and children first hand.  

Global Outreach Project:  This team will visit a Compassion International project in Santa Elena.  While visiting the project the team will have the opportunity to learn about Compassion International, meet some of the children who are part of the program at the project and support the kids by providing practical support to the Compassion Staff and leading a Vacation Bible School activity for the children.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has never traveled outside of the United States to learn about what God is doing in the lives of people living in poverty in another culture.
