Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer, and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him, he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Hebrews 12:1-2

For over 32 years, God has faithfully led Abundant Life Church on an incredible journey. There have been highs and lows, twists and turns, but God’s faithfulness, His never-ending care, and guidance have been evident time and time again. Throughout the journey, there have been “marker moments,” where we can see the Lord’s hand leading and guiding us in clear and powerful ways. During this season, we have once again seen the faithfulness of God in how He has guided us. It has been a “marker moment” and one in which we want to celebrate Jesus and thank Him for His goodness. 

On September 26 at 6:00 pm, we will be gathering at our Happy Valley Campus as a church family, along with pastors and leaders, friends, and family to celebrate God’s faithfulness, as we “fix our eyes upon Jesus.” We will be worshiping and praying together, enjoying some special videos, hearing from several pastors, and commissioning Gareth & Jennie as our new Lead Pastor. Oh, and let’s not forget the after-party.
