If you’re looking to learn a little more about ALC and get plugged into the church family, First Serve is your first step! It’s an introductory experience that will help you get to know who ALC is and discover how God has wired you, and the places you can serve.
What to expect at First Serve
Step 1: Sign-up and attend the First Serve Experience
Step 2: Complete the Passions & Ability Assessment and the Serve Application
Step 3: Complete the background check
Step 4: We will connect you with a Ministry Lead
Step 5: Complete your training & orientation and begin serving
During the year we have opportunities for you to serve at specific events such as Christmas Eve, Easter, and Kids Trek. Use the application below to sign up to serve for just one.
